When during your lamination process the laminator speed is not constant: run - stop - run, etc. (see video)
This is caused by much too high tensions settings.
Action: Loosen tention of the laminate (and when needed take-up).
The motor management system of the brushless motor will cause this not to damage the motor and materials. No problems can occur, where with traditional laminators with brushed (normal) motors will try to push through with significant reduction in lifetime and even risk of immediate damage.
