First of all, the Shield has a standard C14 connector, so in case you damage the included cable by accident you can use any cable you have on hand or get a standard one in any local store.
The Shield works on any Electric system in your region. Be sure to check with your distributor for the suitable system for your region. The Shield does use standard outlet power and does not need ahigh-voltage system.
